From the perspective of alternative education approaches, general culture programs that will suit the school climates are prepared for the schools where we work, and they are delivered to the practitioners by providing them with training to internalize the program. It is aimed to keep the information fresh by organizing face-to-face/online 'refresher courses' at certain periods.
Subject Based School and Company Trainings
Trainings are organized for administrators, educators or assistant personnel, where the main topics are determined as the subjects that the institution wants to be given. Serving the 0-6 age group; This includes training specially prepared for the working areas of all institutions such as catering, student transportation, cleaning companies.
Needs-Based Personnel Training
Trainings are held with all staff of the schools without exception It is prepared in accordance with the needs determined as a result of the preliminary interviews, and a training series is prepared as separate training for each department.
Collaborations
Educational content is diversified by bringing in educators from abroad/domestically for certain topics that schools need.

Foreign Source and Translation Support for Publishing Houses and Schools
Consultancy support is provided to publishing houses to identify books that are pedagogically suitable for the 0-6 age group from foreign markets. Appropriate resource finding and translation support is also provided to pre-school institutions that have difficulties in using foreign language resources.
